MVC is happy to have community members use our space for meetings and events that align with our beliefs and values, when rooms are available. Please email the church office (admin@mvckiowa.com) to check on availability and use the link below for more information and to find applications forms.

This upstairs space is specially designed for children ages 3-11 (but others are welcome) who are accompanied by their parent or guardian (16 years or older) to explore and play. The many centers include, an art center, book-nook, climbing net, doll houses, cars and building systems, playhouse with balcony and slide, dress-up corner, fireman station (with a pole!) and so much more.
A waiver must be signed annually, and then just a written check-in upon arrival.
No food or shoes allowed, but socks must be worn.
Hours: Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Have an upcoming birthday?
The Children’s Museum makes a great place to bring a group of friends (Parent’s hosting are responsible for the children) and you can reserve the Dining Area on the main floor for cake, ice creams and presents! Coffee Shoppe
Come enjoy a latte or your favorite coffee beverage. You can get it “to-go” or spend some time in the quiet space, visiting with a friend or reading a book.
Barista’s on duty:
Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Coffee Shoppe open, self serve, free WiFi
Monday – Saturday 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Youth Room
Need a place to hang out while waiting for a ride home? The Youth Room at MVC has a ping pong and foosball tables and places to sit and do homework. (MVC is not responsible for youth behavior.)
This room is available Monday through Friday until 5 PM.
The Study
The Study is a really nice small, cozy, meeting room space that is available to be reserved by the community for group meetings whose focus isn’t in conflict with our beliefs and values. Email the church office for availability and application forms.
Parent/Guardians and children are invited to join us weekly for Story Hour on Tuesdays at 10:00 – 11:00AM.
Expert readers engage children with topical books and a complimentary craft. Join us in the Children’s Museum.
